Kernersville Little Theatre (KLT) is overseen by a volunteer board of directors. They are voted upon at the annual meeting, held in August of every year.

New board members for 2025-26 include Austin Larson, Tara Raczenski, Kate Trent and Renee Rohrer.

Current board members who will continue their term into next season are Pam Barrans, Archie Collins, Laurie McDaniel, April Marshall, Brian Albrecht, Jeff Prague, Michael Mickiewicz, Deanie Simmons, and Rachel Schroeder.

Voted upon at the August 2025 Annual Meeting were the executive board for the coming season. The officers include Brian Albrecht as President, April Daniello as VP Administration, Jeff Prague as VP Production, April Marshall as Secretary, Archie Collins as VP of Marketing, Rick Hendricks as VP of Development, and Laurie McDaniel as Treasurer.
