About the show:

The Last Romance is a charming love story that proves that love can happen at any age. Widower Ralph Bellini figures he needs a change of pace in his advancing years, so he takes a different path on his daily walk. The result: he discovers a second change at love when he meets Carol Reynolds at a Hoboken dog park.

About our director:

Wm. Perry Morgan recently directed KLT’s production of Drinking Habits. Perry teaches Theatre at Elon perry headshotUniversity, Randolph Community College and Greensboro College. He has worked with some of the finest artists at Cane River Rep, Texas Shakespeare Festival, Riverside Shakespeare Festival, Playhouse on the Square, Nonesuch Theatre, Greenbrier Valley Theatre, Nutley Little Theatre, and N.J. Public Theatre.

In New York, Perry created the role of Marvin Gershwin, the paraplegic composer in the hit musical, Whose Song Are They Playing Anyway? Perry also spent five seasons as the Resident Musical Director at Barter Theatre in Abingdon, Virginia. New Jersey’s Theatre Awards are named “The Perry Awards” in his honor.
